Vaseem Khan

Vaseem Khan is McDermott’s  Global Vice President Digital and Analytics and Head of Innovation, responsible for developing and deploying innovative and digital technologies, products and processes to transform McDermott’s project delivery practices. In his role, Vaseem leads a global team of marine, commissioning, construction, fabrication, supply chain and engineering domain experts, business analysts, data scientists and IT specialists

Vaseem is based in Houston, and was previously Global Vice President of Engineering responsible for over 7500 engineers in twelve global engineering offices in the McDermott group, along with the London- based Centre for Innovation and Research. With over 30 years of industry experience, Vaseem has held positions in onshore and offshore engineering, engineering management, site and completions management, project management and regional operations in several countries, and prior to joining McDermott was TechnipFMC’s Regional President in the Middle East responsible for onshore and offshore Projects executed out of the Abu Dhabi, UAE office.

A London native, Vaseem holds Bachelor and Master’s degree in mechanical engineering and a post graduate diploma in international management.

Vaseem is married with two adult children who reside in the UK.
