Marcos Pavlick Abech

Marcos Abech leads the Digital Factory, Braskem's in-house technology builder. His team provides our transformational initiatives with the appropriate skills to build new digital products and services. During his time at Braskem, Marcos has also led Performance Management in Europe and, most recently, our Global Digital Change Management group. There, he developed the SPEAR method, Braskem's tailor-made system to support organizational change. With over 12 years of project and business management experience, Marcos began his career working in multiple notable projects and greenfields as a project manager and adviser. Marcos holds an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and is a PMI-certified Project Manager. He received his Bachelors's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and Ohio State University. Throughout his career, Marcos has worked and lived in Brazil, Germany, and the U.S.
