I have been expanding my skills as a leader and manager, technical trainer, project manager, and look to continue the digital revolution in manufacturing.
Gaining trust and building teams has always been about making lofty goals personal. Reducing alarms was not about the metric, but about the distractions alarms can bring the production team. Decreasing offgrade isn't about the business goals, but about saving material from being reprocessed or retreated or thrown out. It's about sustainability and water reduction, and limiting the extra product movements for the operators in filtration.
I don't succeed until everyone else is winning with me.
