Julia found her way into digital transformation through a combination of circumstance and opportunity (which she also describes as luck). She gets her energy from working in really flat and collaborative teams and brings strengths in creativity, communication and empathy. She spent 20 years in and around Human Resources with a special focus on OD topics like learning and development, talent management and culture change and most of that time, in commercial and industrial organizations. She was an instigator of OMV’s Digital Academy, which launched globally in 2019 and in 2020, she persuaded OMV’s Downstream digitalization team that she could be an enabler of digital transformation and has loved every minute of that journey.
