David Hartell

David Hartell has extensive onshore and offshore oil and gas developments experience including facilities engineering, construction, installation, project management, and production operations. His experience ranged from onshore remote locations to offshore deepwater locations. He has been responsible for managing subsurface asset, drilling and completion, and production operations teams. He developed Integrated Intelligent Operations (IIO) strategies for remote production facilities in Northwest Australia, the South Atlantic, and West Africa.  He has prepared Reliability, Operability, and Maintainability focused strategies and technologies with industry partners across subsurface assets, subsea facilities, and surface facilities.
