Cédric Morel
Position: CEO, Sensile Technologies
Cédric Morel is the CEO of Sensile Technologies, a forerunner in the Internet of Things (IoT) market. He has been managing the company since 2004 and made it one of the world leading provider of solutions for remote monitoring of tanks for the oil & gas industry.
He holds a degree in Material Science and Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) and an MBA from the University of Lausanne. Before joining Sensile Technologies in 2001 as a Project Manager for sensor development, he worked for 3 years at technology companies in Japan.
Cédric speaks French, English, German and Japanese. His passions beside technology are hiking, trail running and tchoukball, a sport where he has been a World Champion with the Swiss team in 2004 and a European champion in 2003
