Position: Principal, Arthur D. Little

Ben Thuriaux-Alemán is a principal in Arthur D. Little and co-ordinates ADL’s Oil and Gas R&D and Technology Competence Centre. He has been working as a consultant in Technology Management for over 20 years with 12 years of experience around Technology Management in upstream Oil and Gas. He focusses on Technology Management processes and has consulted to both IOCs and NOCs in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas on development of technology management processes, technology roadmapping, R&D organisation benchmarking, and deployment of technology, Corporate Venturing and Technology/R&D portfolio management. Before joining Arthur D. Little, he spend 6 years working for the Technopolis Group where he evaluated R&D programmes and R&D institutes. He holds an MBA (Rotterdam 7 Chicago GSB), a MSc in Science and Technology Policy (Sussex), and a BSc in Physics (Manchester)
